If your computer problem is simple to fix then we’ll sort it out for free. We don’t think we should charge for simple things. If the problem is more complex then you may want to use one of our services.
Drop-in Service

Drop off your computer at our Drop-in Centre or offices at MMU. We’ll work on it and you’ll be able to collect it 48 hours later. This costs £39.99 for the fix, plus the cost of any new parts if they are needed. If we can’t fix your computer we won’t charge you a thing! The Drop-in Service is the cheapest and most popular option.

Callout Service
|
We can come out to your halls or home and work on your computer there. This is slightly more expensive than the Drop-in Service, but is by far the easiest option. This is usually the preferred choice for people with heavy desktop computers and people with internet problems.

24-hour Emergency Callout

We know that students often leave things to the last minute. So, we offer a 24-hour callout service where you can call us out if you have problems before a deadline. It doesn’t matter what time of day (or night!) this happens, we’ll be straight out to help you.
